Is posting a listing free?: Yes, basic listing posting is completely free. We plan to offer paid packages for features like highlighting in the future.
When will my listing go live?: All listings are reviewed by our team. The review process is usually completed within 24 hours. Approved listings go live immediately.
How can I verify my account?: A verification code is sent to your email when you register. Additional document verification is required for Mukellef (corporate) accounts.
Does Hayvandan take responsibility for purchases?: Hayvandan is a platform that connects buyers and sellers and is not a party to transactions. We recommend following our platform's safe shopping guidelines.
How can I edit my listing?: You can access and edit your listings from My Account → My Listings. You can also resubmit rejected listings from there.
