By using Hayvandan services, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and all policies published on the platform.

If you are under 18, you may use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Hayvandan is an online listing platform that facilitates the buying and selling of cattle, sheep, poultry and feed-equipment.

• Publishing and managing listings
• In-platform messaging
• Favorites and search features
• Seller rating system

Hayvandan is an intermediary between buyers and sellers. It is not a party to actual transactions.

• You are responsible for the security of your account
• You cannot share your account with others
• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• You must immediately report any suspicious activity

You must follow these rules when publishing listings:

• Listing content must be accurate and not misleading
• Images must belong to the animal specified in the listing
• Price must be stated with no hidden fees
• Location information must be accurate
• The same listing cannot be published multiple times

All listings are published after admin approval. Listings that violate the rules are rejected and accounts may be suspended.

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal animal trading or endangered species
• Health-threatening, sick or counterfeit products
• Fraud, fake identity or misleading information
• Using the platform with bots, scripts or automated tools
• Harassment, insults or threats towards other users
• Content that violates intellectual property rights

The Hayvandan platform, its design, code and content belong to Hayvandan. It cannot be copied, distributed or used commercially without permission.

Images you publish in listings belong to you. However, by publishing on the platform, you are deemed to have given permission for the platform to use this content (display, thumbnail generation, etc.).

Hayvandan is not a party to and cannot be held responsible for disputes arising from transactions between users.

The platform is not responsible for damages that may arise from technical failures, interruptions in third-party services or force majeure.

These terms may be changed without prior notice. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the platform. Continuing to use the platform means you accept the current terms.
